2. Cement concrete paver vibrating system failure
(1) vibration rods
Show the machine in the vibration at the time of the light is good, but after 10 min or longer vibrating stick - stop vibration. Possible reason is bearing jammed; The motor driven gear bearing jammed; The motor driven gear shaft connection fork rupture; Connected to the motor and shaft of eccentric connection wire shaft fracture.

3. Cement concrete paver hydraulic system failure

If after lubrication system works well, but after a while repeat appear afore-mentioned symptoms, is may be caused by leakage oil in the hydraulic system is serious, must make a comprehensive inspection. In drainage system is likely to be out in the main electromagnetic valve and pump, therefore, can first check the electromagnetic directional valve and other components within the system and line, check the main pump again.
